Chia Seed Pudding

dairy-free, gluten-free, paleo, vegan-optional 

makes 1 servings


  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • collagen protein, favorite protein powder or 2 tbsp. hemp seeds (optional)
  • 7 drops stevia (optional)


  • Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl with a secure lid
  • Top and shake everything for a few seconds till mixed
  • Store in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight
  • Top with favorite fresh fruit, nuts or coconut flakes
