ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- collagen protein, favorite protein powder or 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
method:
- Add the ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth
*if your banana isn't frozen, add 1-2 ice cubes
