Dairy-Free Cinnamon Banana Smoothie 

dairy-free, gluten-free, paleo, vegan-optional 

serves 1, double the recipe for more servings


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil 
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • collagen protein, favorite protein powder or 2 tbsp. hemp seeds


  • Add the ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth 

*if your banana isn't frozen, add 1-2 ice cubes
