Vegan Sesame Oil & Pumpkin Seed Salad

  • Mixed Greens of your choice to fill a large bowl 
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp. organic toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • cracked black pepper to taste


  • Add greens to a medium size bowl
  • Top with lemon and sesame oil
  • Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, avocado salt and pepper
  • Top with your favorite protein for a complete meal, or use as a side dish to your favorite entree!
