The Institute of Transformational Nutrition truly changed my life. I went through the program 4 years ago, graduated as a Certified Transformational Nutrition coach, and ever since have been running my own private 1:1 business. ITN taught me that things don’t happen to us, they happen for us and I think about that every single day. Without my health issues & disordered eating I wouldn’t have the compassion, vulnerability and purpose I do today. I took what I learned in this program and made my mess my message.

ITN has 2 different programs. The first is the CTNC (Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach) Program, which is our foundational course made up of 5 different pillars - science, psychology, spirituality, coaching and business. The second is the MCHC (Master Certified Health Coach) Program. This is the advanced program, which offers 8 different specialist courses. The MCHC program does not however offer the foundational science, psychology, spirituality & coaching lessons. MCHC is best for individuals already in the health space or CTNC grads - other certified coaches, physical therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, yoga teachers, personal trainers, etc.

I personally went through the CTNC program, and highly recommend you start there unless you are already an established holistic practitioner with well understanding of science, coaching and business.

The CTNC course is our foundational program, where you graduate as a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach (CTNC). What I am! This gives you the ability to work 1:1 with clients, lead workshops, retreats, write books, start your own podcast, and MORE. The course is 100% only, self-paced, open-enrollment (you can enroll at anytime) and takes about 8 months to complete (but you have a year), and students spend about 5-10 hours a week on each lesson. This includes time to review the training content and relevant bonus materials, study what you’ve learned, and complete the lesson’s test or coaching assignment at the end. A lot of ITN students are working full time or full time Mom's and have found the work load totally doable. The 5 lessons are science, psychology, spirituality, business and coaching.

We're the only program to combine nutrition, psychology and spirituality + coaching and business support. Our training & expertise truly matters in a world of conventional practitioners. Nowadays, people are craving a more personalized, holistic and root-cause approach well beyond the quick-fix and one-size-fits-all, and that's exactly what ITN prepares us for when working with clients and beyond. The psychology and spirituality lessons from ITN were absolutely my favorite, and what sold me in making my decision between our program and the others I had looked into.

Upon completing the CTNC program, you'll also be eligible to sit for the Board Exam with the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP) since we are accredited by their organization. ITN is also fully licensed and approved with the State of Washington as a postsecondary educational institution, so your investment is safe. Our Certification is also recognized Internationally.

What I love most about ITN is the community. I graduated over 3 years ago, and I still feel super connected to students, graduates and the ITN team. They're incredibly supportive! We have an awesome private Facebook group, and Cynthia Pasquella-Garcia (our founder & CEO) also leads live business coaching calls and behind the scenes coaching calls every month. She's totally attainable and incredibly inspire. Check out her interview with Shawn Stevenson on The Model Health Show Podcast talking about her personal story & why she started ITN.

ITN came to me at the right time, for not only my own healing (like I said I have a background of several health issues and a disordered relationship to food) but it also gave me a huge new purpose and passion in my life. I was in a totally different career for 6 years prior, and I just wasn't happy. Coaching clients and supporting their transformations was absolutely my destined path, and I'm so grateful to have found ITN and been given this new zest for life again.
