My 10-week Support Group + Transformative Coaching Series

I’m so excited you’re here. I’m Chelsea, a Certified Nutrition & Mindset coach and I struggled with binge eating for almost 10 years. When I had the idea for this group & teased it on my Instagram I got an outpouring of interest from you. I knew you needed a support group to feel connected & less alone. There couldn’t be a better time…2020 has been rough! We all need support more than ever. If this year caused you to turn to food to cope or you’ve been struggling for years, I want you to know this is the program for you. I’ve been there.

  • I know what it’s like to try every solution to stop yet never be successful no matter how hard you try, taking on the identity of damaged & hopeless.

  • To eat way past the point of fullness till you’re physically sick, overwhelmed with guilt & panic over how many calories you consumed.

  • To deprive yourself from eating, overexercise & punish yourself to make up for binging, which makes you miserable, checked out and fatigued.

I tried everything.

  • Every single diet, better willpower & self-discipline.

  • Motivating myself by how thrilling it would be to stop eating in excess & lose weight.

  • Throwing my food away so I wouldn’t eat anymore & not keeping anything I liked in the house.

  • Distractions like staying busy, chugging water, calling a friend & brushing my teeth.

But the harder I tried to stop, the more I kept binging.

Or I would have a few good days, or a few good weeks, then go right back to what I was doing.

This is because we don’t stop binging by trying to stop. Those efforts actually *reinforce* the behavior. 

Because we’re binging for a reason. A reason that wants your attention.

  • It isn’t because there is something fundamentally wrong with you.

  • You don’t have enough willpower.

  • Or you’re addicted to food.

See the conventional ways to find balance from binging are just bandaids. They may provide some level of resolution temporarily, but until you can identify why you’re binging in the first place the behavior will always come back. And if you don’t forgive yourself for binging while you’re navigating the process, you’ll continue to binge as a result of restricting & course-correcting. It’s an endless cycle. Until now & the help of this group.

It isn’t about tips and tricks to stop, it’s about surrendering, tuning in & listening to what you need.

Instead of hating yourself for binging, what if you looked at it as a sign? An opportunity to dig a little deeper?

I created this group because the #1 thing that helped me heal was feeling less alone. I literally had no clue that there were tons of other women out there struggling just like I was. And when I did find those people, everything changed for me. I realized I wasn’t damaged, I was actually just like everyone else. There is so much power in connection & hearing other women’s stories. It’s the catalyst for releasing shame, and finding balance.

Here’s the details!

  • This program is 10 weeks and we will start in early November. Once all applications are in, I’ll poll the group and come up with a time that works for everyone! *We’ll take Thanksgiving & Christmas weeks off. If you have to miss any calls due to conflicts or travel, not a problem, all calls will be recorded.

  • Calls will take place via Zoom.

  • You must apply in order to be eligible for the program! Applications are open from October 4th - October 11th. Once I review your application you’ll get an email from me about moving forward + remaining program details starting October 14th.

How is this program different?

This is a support group. I won’t just be teaching or talking at you, you will learn from coaching with me directly + witnessing other’s experiences working through their challenges with me too. There will be time for 1:1 coaching moments within the calls! Helpful resources will be rolled out throughout the duration of the program + each week you will receive a weekly roundup newsletter with major takeaways from each call + action steps to incorporate into your week to feel balanced.
