  • 1 x 60-minute initial session - to get to know each other better, dig deeper into what's feeling off & WHY, discuss current diet & lifestyle + establish your goals for the next 4 weeks. (by phone, FaceTime or Skype)
  • 3 x 45-minute coaching sessions - the power of checking in weekly is find out what's working, what's not and adjust as neccessary. I'll teach you the WHY behind my recommendations and be there by your side for ultimate support & guidance in this process so you feel completely confident in reaching your goals and seeing progress + permanent change in your health & body. (by phone, FaceTime or Skype)
  • unlimited email support in between sessions - check in with me in between sessions with more questions and I'll always get right back to you at my earliest convenience.
