Through working with Chelsea, and continuing to utilize the tools I gained from her after our coaching sessions were over, I have found a way to truly heal my relationship with food, with my body and with myself. She offered a safe space for me to be 100% honest about things that typically caused me to feel shame. This space allowed me to feel seen and heard, and today I feel an ease and lightness about decisions related to food that used to cause me intense anxiety and occupy my mind for hours and/or days on end. Chelsea helped me reset and re-calibrate and move beyond where I was stuck. Working with Chelsea has facilitated so much of my recent growth and expansion. Chelsea is filled with compassion, empathy, and kindness, and will walk with you through what can be a very difficult, but rewarding journey.
